When users sign up, we validate their card and create a pre-authorization (hold) for the subscription amount. The card isn't charged until the trial ends. If a payment fails, 1Capture retries it up to 10 times and alerts you.
What if a user wants to cancel during their trial?
Users can cancel anytime during their trial. If they cancel, nothing is collected. Full transparency and user control.
Where does my data live and who owns it?
You own and control everything. All payments, customer data, and subscription information remain in YOUR Stripe account. Trial-page events can also go to your Google Analytics property.
