1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 1Capture's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Our tier-based pricing model provides predictable costs that scale with your growth. This creates a partnership approach where you can plan your expenses effectively.

2. Description of Services

1Capture provides SaaS trial conversion optimization through:

GPT-5 powered conversion optimization
Smart payment pre-authorization via Stripe
Real-time analytics and attribution tracking
Trial page creation and optimization tools
Revenue multiplication consulting and support

Our service is designed to help SaaS companies achieve significant increases in trial-to-paid conversion rates, as demonstrated by our client VoiceDrop's 375% revenue increase.

3. Subscription Pricing

Our pricing model is designed to be simple, transparent, and scalable:

Subscription Tiers (based on Monthly Recurring Revenue):

Launch: $1/month (for $0 - $5k MRR)
Growth: $47/month (for $5k - $20k MRR)
Scale: $97/month (for $20k - $50k MRR)
Professional: $297/month (for $50k - $150k MRR)
Business: $497/month (for $150k - $250k MRR)

4. Payment Processing & Security

Payment Security:

All payments processed through Stripe (we never store card data)
PCI DSS compliant payment handling
OAuth 2.0 integration with minimal permissions
Encrypted transmission of all payment data

Billing:

Monthly billing for base platform fee
Performance fees calculated and billed monthly
Detailed invoicing with transparent breakdowns
Multiple payment methods accepted through Stripe

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We take data protection seriously:

Only collect data necessary for service optimization
Visitor behavior and conversion analytics
Payment processing data (handled by Stripe)
Account and usage information

Data Protection:

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination & Cancellation

Cancellation Rights:

Service Termination:

We may terminate for non-payment after 30-day notice
Immediate termination for fraud or terms violations
Termination for cause requires written notice and opportunity to cure
All data will be securely deleted per our retention policy

Post-Termination:

Access to analytics data for 90 days
Performance optimizations remain active during transition period
Assistance with data export and service migration

8. Changes to Terms

Terms Updates:

Material changes require 30-day advance notice
Minor updates (corrections, clarifications) take effect immediately
Continued use after notice period constitutes acceptance
Right to terminate if you disagree with material changes

Notification:

Email notification to your account email address
In-app notifications for significant changes
Updated terms posted on our website with effective date
Version history available upon request
