• Several billing systems in one view. ChartMogul says it connects subscriptions across systems to keep one timeline per customer.

• A built-in CRM. Leads, contacts, tasks and email sequences sit beside the revenue data, at no extra cost.
• AI questions. The home page invites you to "ask your subscription business anything", such as why retention is getting worse.

Who founded ChartMogul?

ChartMogul's company page is signed by Nick Franklin, founder and CEO. The page says the team is around 60 people across North America, Europe and Asia, and that the company has been "independent, seed-strapped, profitable, and operating for more than 11 years". It says ChartMogul is used daily by over 3,000 SaaS companies, and shows Buffer and Todoist among them.

Free covers companies up to $10K MRR. Starter is for small teams with one billing system and up to 3 team members. Pro connects several billing systems, has unlimited team members and can push data to a warehouse. Enterprise starts at $19,900 a year and is for companies over $10M ARR.

Paid plans start with a 14-day trial of Pro, and ChartMogul says no credit card is needed for it. Its Startup Program gives early-stage companies $50 a month off any paid plan for 12 months.
